Hey Mel’ is the first song to be released from EP ‘ii’, the second EP in the illi saga. The song is a love letter of reassurance. Bedroom producer Rye states “There’s someone very close to me who often doesn’t feel like they are enough. This song is basically me saying of course you are and this is why”.
